What Happens If my property is damaged during a short-term rental?

We utilise advanced technology and rigorous screening processes to select trustworthy guests.  We will tend to minor maintenance concerns and regularly inspect your property. Our transparent communication and proactive approach mean you’re always in the loop. Short-term platforms offer up to $1million in property and personal liability cover.  We recommend landlord insurance also.

What do I need to do to prepare my property?

Once we have completed a property evaluation, we will provide you with a comprehensive guide to preparing your property to attract the best possible guests. Our aim is to work in partnership with you to obtain the best reviews

How do I know if my property is suitable to list on the short-term rental market?

We are happy to provide a free property evaluation on any property within the Canberra region.  Shortly after, we will advise if your property and circumstances will suit the short-term rental market. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you in order to prepare the property for listing.

 

What are the fees?

We charge a management fee on confirmed bookings (this cost is NOT upfront). We may also charge up-front costs depending on your specific requirements. We will discuss all of this with you at the property evaluation.
